Gibraltar Life Magazine was created by the merger of two long established property companies based in the UK and Gibraltar and we currently operate offices in several countries with a further network of associated agents offering many overseas destinations.
In Gibraltar EFPG-Raine have offices on Main street and also Irish Town, we have been serving Gibraltar with property rentals and sales, management and commercial property for many years and the team have extensive experience and knowledge of the local area.
In all of our locations we can assist with legal, financial and if necessary full family relocation advice, whether buying or renting we can make your move as easy and comfortable as possible. Our United Kingdom offices are part of the Relocation Agent Network, members are selected because they can bring that personal touch to their professional services and provide trusted advice on the up and coming areas, school catchments, local shops and restaurants or real world commuting, offering expert advice whatever your budget.
As an extension to our office network the company exhibit at many overseas Property and Investor exhibitions in the United Kingdom, Gibraltar Life magazine is ideally placed to inform potential visitors about the many advantages and attractions of our area, during 2019 and early in 2020 we exhibited Gibraltar and the Costa del Sol at ‘ A Place in the Sun ’ exhibitions at Olympia, Manchester and Birmingham to an audience of over 21000 people. Our stand ‘Invest Gibraltar’ was once again at the Property Investor Show at Excel, London in conjunction with Isolas LLP one of Gibraltar’s leading law firms showcasing Gibraltar property and many investment advantages to companies and thousands of potential investors from around the world.
